Recruiting the top 1% starts with this relationship...

There is a key relationship that must be nurtured in order to recruit the top 1% of candidates.

Successfully selling job candidates on an offer starts with a healthy relationship between a company’s compensation and talent acquisition teams.

Compensation leaders usually spend loads of time on compensation planning for employees, but virtually no time supporting talent acquisition in making offers. At the same time, talent acquisition focuses on the recruitment process and often lacks a feedback loop that would bring valuable insights back to the compensation team.

When these two teams strategically collaborate, everybody wins.

  1. Expensive offer decisions get smarter
  2. Comp teams gain priceless data
  3. TA teams gain an advantage in the top tier talent market
